12/9/2020 · I have been working at RP Funding full-time for more than a year. Pros. I was worried to come here seeing old reviews after working for a big bank. So glad I did! Looks like they drained the swamp a couple years back of toxic work employees. Everyone I work with is friendly, approachable, SMART and supportive.

RP Funding is pretty much a sweeat shop. Looking for totals on loan production, no support from management and no communication with people in other departments that effect your loans. The company had about 90 loan officers and dismissed about 45 – 50 in one day,, RP Funding offers no training for it’s associates while requiring associates to find their way with little or no management assistance. They offer sick and vacation that must be accrued, however sick time is only paid with a Dr’s note. They offer no maternity leave. The …
